·         Delivered a GUI-based EMS to be integrated into customer’s NOC. EMS manages the OSMINE-certified devices, providing service providers with all the fault, configuration, accounting, provisioning and security (FCAPS) features required for a manageable and reliable Triple Play service offering. It automates a number of complex, tedious, and error-prone tasks, thereby raising productivity, improving accuracy and reducing operational costs.
